Our team brings together technical, operational, and commercial experience
Sander van Dorth
Founder / CEO
Sander brings a background in technical operations, real estate, and project management across multiple sectors in Europe. After managing logistics and infrastructure rollouts in The Netherlands, he shifted his focus toward small-scale hospitality systems and modular design. He now leads SISA’ ‘s development strategy and long-term partnerships.
Kerneels Louwrens
Community & Partnerships
Kerneels works on the ground with hosts, municipalities, and local suppliers to ensure each project aligns with regional dynamics. He has a background in community development, property marketing, and event production — giving him a unique perspective on how to activate underused land in a commercially viable, locally rooted way.
Ilona Tames
CFO / Co-founder
Ilona is responsible for the financial backbone of SISA Projects, overseeing budgets, supplier contracts, and compliance. With a background in SME finance and European nonprofit administration, she brings rigor and transparency to every phase of project execution. Originally from Utrecht, she is now based part-time in South Africa.
